Please read our terms and conditions carefully, and please refer back to us should you require any clarifications.
1. Reservations
a. The price of your trip is guaranteed when you have paid a deposit for your booking.
b. VoyageJordan reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
2. Payment
a. After we send you the confirmation of services, we will require a 25% deposit in order to secure your booking. If you are booking your flight with us, we will require full payment.
b. We accept credit card payments via our secure web site, via Paypal or by wire transfer to our bank account.
c. The 25% deposit will count towards your final payment.
d. The remaining balance payment is due at pick up in Jordan by credit card or in cash. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express cards.
Cancellations And Changes
a. Cancellation fees for ground services will normally be charged according to the following scale:
-Up to 15 days before arrival: 0% will be charged*.
-Less than 15 days before scheduled arrival: 25% of the total cost of the tour will be charged*.
– Cancellation fees are 50% during the peak season (April, October, and December) or if you book a private group tour consisting of more than 6 people.
*Exclude airfare and hotel. The cancellation policy for airfare and hotel will be based on individual airline and hotel policy.
b. Although we are flexible and will always try to accommodate any modifications as requested by the client where possible, any fees for modifications will be charged onto the client.
Flights
a. VoyageJordan can assist you with international flights if needed. However, from our experience, international flights are best issued from the point of departure where the client has access to a wider range of price options and availability.
b. We require full pre-payment of flights and in case of cancellation, then you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
Responsibility of VoyageJordan
a. VoyageJordan does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While VoyageJordan has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, VoyageJordan has not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.
b. No refund will be made on unused tickets unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
Your Responsibility
a. All participants are expected to be covered by travel insurance, hence VoyageJordan assumes no responsibility for accidents of any nature, injuries, delays, irregularities, discomforts, loss or damage to property or any damage however arising.
b. Each member of the party must have a valid passport, visas and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring.
c. Regardless of VoyageJordan books your flights or not, you are responsible for checking-in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your trip.
d. It is the responsibility of the person who signs the Booking Form to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that members of their party may have.
e. If you have any special requests, you should inform us at the time of booking. VoyageJordan and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, and VoyageJordan does not guarantee to do so. If VoyageJordan confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. VoyageJordan does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
Refunds
a. A refund will be made to the same account and using the same method used for the deposit.
Privacy Policy
a. Depending on the circumstances, VoyageJordan may collect personal information when you register for a service or book a trip with us, including some or all of the following; email, name, address, IP address and telephone number.
